Questions about God
Why cannot we see God ?

Adam and Eve, the first human beings created by God were living in a such close intimacy with Him that they were allowed to stand in His presence, face to face. After they felt, they went away from God who, because of His holiness, cannot bear sin. That’s how the perfect relationship between the creature and the Creator ended. God is «dwelling in unapproachable light» (1 Tm 6:16); That is why we will be able to see God again only after death, when we will enter in Heaven, where the Father is. Jesus is the only path leading to Him : «No one comes to the Father except through Me» (Jn 14:6).

What makes the Bible different from other books ?
The Bible is different from any other book in many ways; it cannot be compared with them.

  1. Written by 45 different authors for more than 1000 years, the Bible is yet continue and united. Among the writers are soldiers, a First Minister, couple kings, a shepherd, some fishermen, one tax collector, one Greek doctor and a tent maker. 60 generations between the first author and the last one, and yet the Bible presents an unexplainable unity. The authors wrote on hundred topics without contradiction. It would have been impossible that these separated men (in time and space) wrote about the same idea on so many different topics without God being involved.
  2. No single Bible’s affirmation has revealed itself wrong. No scientific Bible’s affirmation has been revised because of new discovery. However Science accepted some of the biblical scientific affirmations only lately as the number of the stars in the sky or the form of the earth. These affirmations have been accepted by Science only centuries later.
  3. The Bible is the only book providing prophecies which has been fulfilled. Its prophecies are inspired by God (1S 9.9; 2 S 24.11; 2 P 1.20-21) and don’t exist in any other book in the world – even not in the Coran. The gap between the prophecy from the event is generally so big that it is impossible to affirm that the announce of the event has been made after it happened.
  4. No other book speaks about manhood as the Bible does. We found no embellishment, no hero to glorify, nothing hiding the dark side of the men. The Bible speaks freely about the sins of the patriarchs (Gn 12.11-12), the adultery of David (2 S 11), and about the disorder in specific Christian community (1 Co 11; 2 Co 2.1-4).
  5. The bible speaks about things not yet happened and not understandable by men at the time they were announced as the destruction of the earth by the fire. This destruction was impossible for the men at that time but more than possible for us today.
The Bible has been written by men. How can you say the Bible is the "Word of God"?
The Bible contains 6408 verses mentioning prophecies; 3268 are already accomplished and the others are linked to event still to come. What we see is a perfect match between the prophecy and its fulfilment. No other book in the world can present such result. This precision is not existing in any other book in the whole world. This fact leads us to wonder if it is possible that so many prophecies are accomplishing themselves without a divine intervention.
How to know the Bible is right?
We cannot prove a physical process by talking. Only practice and experimenting will prove the theory was right or not.  The Bible is not like other religions or philosophies, it presents methods giving you opportunity to experiment its accuracy in reality. Anyone ready to do not only speak about faith but to make a step by faith is invited to make an experiment in which God is engaging Himself. The result will always be positive. There is no lose and no risk. You cannot lose something like in the lottery or by bad financial decision. The one who takes the Bible seriously engages God to honour His word. You cannot lose. Never.
When the everlasting life does begins?
The Bible is clear, there are only two ways to spend eternity: the everlasting life or the eternal death. That is the reason why the biggest mistake and loss for a man is to live his life without Jesus-Christ and to die without Him. Jn 3.15 says that eternal life is given to those who believes not when they die but… from the moment they start to believe: “He who believes in the Son has everlasting life” (John 3.36). This faith is forged, based and hold in the Jesus’s resurrection fact. As it is impossible to find a better foundation, it is the best assurance we can get. We can be sure to receive eternal life because it only requires us to believe in Jesus. And God wants us to know we can be sure to be saved: «This things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life» (1 John 5:13).
Is there something after death?
For us, death is like a wall no one can see over. But someone has made a breach into and came back from it: Jesus, dead on the cross, put into a tomb and risen from the death the third day. His victory gives us assurance that our existence doesn’t finish when we die. It proved to us all the reality of life after death. We are creatures made for eternity, but only faith in Jesus gives us the guarantee of it: “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me will live, though he may die, he shall live” (John 11.25).
